- 38,500 square foot facility opened October 15, 1998.

A year and a half after Yanik’s selection as the developer by the Ridgeview Medical Center of Waconia, Minnesota and 10 months after construction started the first tenants occupied the building. Developed with Ridgeview Medical Center the services included developing a program identifying potential users, land selection and purchase, building financing, building and suite design, construction and project ownership. The $4.5 million building cost included all tenant improvements.

The program developed for the Ridgeview Medical Center reduced their risks, maintained their debt capacity for future projects and kept them in control of the project. To keep this property off Ridgeview Medical Center’s balance sheet, the Yanik Companies own the building and lease it to Ridgeview Medical Center.

The enriched interior spaces, achieved through unique environmental elements, generate continued delight and praise from tenants and customers of the Ridgeview Chaska Medical Plaza.
