Since 1999 the Yanik Companies have provided the Benedictine Health System with project support services:

The Yanik Companies introduced the Benedictine Health System to two clients that have led to projects for the Benedictine System. These are:

Living Community's of St. Joseph,
St. Joseph, MO
A $17,511,000, 145,000 square foot in four buildings on a 22 acre site. Opened July 2004.
   -96 Patient Skilled Nursing Facility
   -32 Apartment Assisted Living Facility
   -49 Apartment Independent Living Building
   -Community Commons with reception, meeting rooms, beauty shop, dietary and facility support.

St. Peter Long Term Care Facility,
St. Peter, MN

Total Project Cost $13 million with 65,000 square foot facility for 80 residents on the St. Peter Community Critcal Access Hospital Campus.

- Planning Commenced June 2004. Construction began October 2005.  Opened January 2007

-The facility is owned by the City of St. Peter and operated by the Benedictine Health System.
