The Yanik Companies is providing Project Management services to the Critical Access Hospital Falls Memorial Hospital, International Falls, Minnesota. After developing the initial program with the Hospital Administration and Staff the Yanik Companies developed an Architectural & Engineering RFP process that led to the Hospital Board’s selection of the Pope Architects/ Dunham Associates firms. Similar efforts will be used to permit the hospital maximum control over the Design and Construction process. During the summer and early fall of 2006 the Yanik staff is assisting the owner in identifying land options to refine the next steps. |
