Opened July 1, 2004, the Living Community of St. Joseph utilized Yanik’s expertise to assist with project development and construction management including land acquisition, financial analysis, building design, and on-site project management.

This project is on the Heartland Health campus, which is the major medical center of northwest Missouri. It was developed with the Benedictine Health System, who owns the completed facility. Yanik provided initial development support and cost analysis, and served as the construction manager throughout the construction work
