Yanik provided Children’s Hospitals and Clinics with complete project development for an ambulatory surgery center that opened in 1994. Yanik’s responsibilities included project programming, financial analysis, building design, general construction, and construction management. The 26,000 square foot facility contained four operating rooms and supporting space for outpatient surgery service, as well as radiology, diagnostic services and development, and rehabilitation services.
In 1998, a 45,000 square foot professional office building was added with Yanik as owner’s representative. Nine clinical tenants and pharmacy that focused on pediatric care occupied the new facility.
In 2004, Yanik provided project development for a renovation to the ambulatory care center that added two additional operating rooms, support spaces and imaging services that included MRI and CT. The lower level of 13,000 square feet was finished to add administrative and conference capabilities.
