   -32 Apartment Assisted Living Facility
   -49 Apartment Independent Living Building
   -Community Commons with reception, meeting rooms, beauty shop, dietary and facility support.

Total Project Cost $17,511,000

This project, on the campus of Heartland Health, the major regional medical center of northwest Missouri was developed with the Benedictine Health System who own the completed facility.
Yanik Companies provided initial development support and cost analysis and served as the Construction Manager throughout the construction work.
