Recently, Yanik utilized geothermal technology, exterior sun shades to cut down on heat gain, and a translucent skylight which reduces light pollution in the new River’s Edge Clinic to help strengthen the balance between the environment and the facility.
At the Ringgold County Hospital replacement facility, Yanik utilized Versa Core+ Green® sandwich panels replacing typical masonry construction. With an R-Value of 24, this panel system saves energy and money, while providing an enhanced esthetic appearance. These panels incorporate up to 58% recycled content and increase the potential for LEED points and tax credits.
