Yanik was founded in 1991 by Chester J. Yanik to provide comprehensive development services to the hospital/healthcare community. The company is designed to accommodate a wide range of service delivery options from which an owner/developer may select to facilitate the successful completion of their project. The Yanik suite of services includes: Land development, site services, programming, project financing, pre-construction, design/build, owner’s representation, project management and construction management.
The Yanik team provides a distinct advantage to the owner in the key areas of budget and timing. The development of a healthcare facility is a highly technical and complex process requiring a specialized expertise and understanding of potential constructability issues. Our ability to focus and coordinate the efforts of the three principle participants in the development process: the owner, the architect and the builder, ensures successful project delivery.
