Vice President of Business Development
This individual will identify medical and senior housing project opportunities fitting the goals and objectives of Yanik. This person will also manage marketing and sales efforts on an ongoing basis, including market position and strategy. This person should be located in the Twin Cities, in Minnesota or willing to relocate to the Twin Cities. This individual must have had extensive exposure within the Midwest in the planning, financing, design and construction of Hospitals, Medical Office Buildings and Senior Housing.
Skills: Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to evaluate business opportunities and develop winning strategies to secure new and repeat business. Establish base of healthcare industry clients and consult contacts throughout the country.
